The 2022 Annual General Meeting will be held in the Ashworth Room at 7.00pm on
Tuesday 13 th December 2022
As was agreed at the 2013 Annual General Meeting we will not be posting out the papers to all
members this year.
There will be 4 vacancies on the Executive Committee as follows: -
Four vacancies for 3 years
Gregg Anderton, Brent Crossley and Tom Myerscough retire and are seeking re-election. Steven
Croft is not seeking re-election.
Due to the very sad passing of Stuart Ashworth, we will have to elect a new President. A nomination
has been received and accepted for Steven Kennedy to take over this role, Also, due to Stuart’s
passing we are seeking a Treasurer
Nominations for election as President, Treasurer, Officer or a member of the Executive Committee,
including the person’s name and address should be submitted in writing to me with the name of a
