Following BCC's 2016 initiative to attract ladies into cricket the success has been amazing!

Thanks must go to Sam Owen, Jane Boyne, Karen Baines and all the coaches who made this dream into reality.

BCC is a very progressive cricket club. It is keen to reach out to the community to promote not just cricket but a fun and social activity bringing together both junior and senior girls who wish to partake in a healthy and active activity.

Training Sessions

​

The weekly training sessions take place every Wednesday evening (6pm - 8pm) at the clubs Stanley Park ground (subject to weather). Over 30 attend on a regular basis and following the success of recent "friendly" fun cricket games with other similarly-minded cricket clubs, the popularity of the Ladies Game has grown rapidly.

Charity Cricket Game

​

The home game against St Annes CC is usually our annual charity game in memory of Gordon Chubb. All proceeds from this day goes to the Motor Neuron Disease Charity.
