Blackpool's Premier Bonfire & Firework Display

The night was a great success! Thousands enjoyed the night and the fireworks were spectacular!

Blackpool Cricket Club hosts its annual firework extravaganza for 2019 on Tuesday, 5th November 2019.

Gates open at 5pm; Bonfire 6.45pm; Fireworks 7.45pm. (Times are subject to change e.g. weather conditions, safety issues etc.)

 

There are no advance ticket sales. Please pay at the gate.

 

Prices remain the same as last year:

Entrance is £5 per person

Children under 5’s are free.

Families - 2 adults + 3 children are £15.00

FOR THE SAFETY OF ALL SPECTATORS ATTENDING THE BONFIRE & FIREWORKS DISPLAY ON 5th NOVEMBER

 

  • Children MUST at all times be accompanied by an adult.

  • Lost Children should see one of the stewards (high-viz yellow) and will be taken to the Lost Children Area & First Aid post at the front of the pavilion at the top of the main stairway.

  • No fireworks including sparklers should be brought into the event or lit within the club grounds. They will be confiscated by a steward.

  • No alcohol or glass bottles or glasses are permitted to be brought into the event.

  • No large bags or cases please. Blackpool Cricket Club reserve the right to search bags or any specious looking case/package.

  • “Challenge 25” enforced at all BARS – No Proof – No Alcohol

  • In the event of any injury, please report immediately to a steward (high-viz yellow) or if an Emergency call 999.

  • A Defibrillator is sited at the Bar in the Main Clubhouse.

  • A Public Address Announcement will be made should the site have to be evacuated. Spectators are requested to walk to the nearest exit, do not run, and congregate along the footpath along West Park Drive away from the entrance ways.

 

Please listen to the PA announcements throughout the evening.

Bonfires and Fireworks are dangerous so please take notice of the stewards instructions. Do not cross any barriers or fenced-off areas.

BCC RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ENTRY TO THE EVENT OR EJECT INDIVIDUALS CAUSING ANY NUISANCE OR ANTI-SOCIAL BEHAVIOR

WOOD - IMPORTANT INFORMATION

A limited amount of wood for the bonfire will be accepted on a first come, first served basis on Friday, 1st November and Saturday 2nd November between 9am and 5pm. Wood will not be accepted at any other time.

MEMBERS & LOCAL RESIDENTS delivering wood in cars or small vans/small trailers will be accepted FREE.

TRADERS, BUSINESSES & COMMERCIAL DROPS using Transit size vans and above (or large trailers) need to CALL THE CLUB FIRST on 01253 393347 and arrange delivery time and make a DONATION of £20.00 to club funds for each load.
